Essential oils are a perfect way to support and maintain the health and vibration of each Charkra centre. I apply the oils to each energy centre by making up roller bottle or in the crown chakras case, a spray.

Roller Bottles:

  • 20 - 30 drops of chosen oil/oils in a 10ml roller bottle, topped up with carrier oil of choice ( I use fractionated coconut oil - FCO).

Spray Bottles:

  • 1 x 100 ml glass spray bottle

  • 20 - 30 drops of your preferred oils

  • distilled or filtered water

  • 1 x tablespoon of witch hazel or alcohol (preservative)

Below are the oils that I use for each charkra but their are many oils that can support each of the different charkra’s. You could also use a combination of oils to make up a spray that supports all the charkras, or have individual oils for each charkra.

ROOT CHARKRA

Patchouli oil helps to the support the healing and clearing of feelings of separation and isolation from others. Patchouli promotes feelings peace, stability, abundant and uplifted.

Patchouli oil you to connect to the plant and past vibrational patterns that we may encounter on our journey.

Apply - souls of the feet and back of the neck

SACRAL CHARKRA

Neroli is the oil of intimacy. This potent, feminine oil carries the energy of pure love. It promotes feelings of confidence but is also very relaxing, yet stimulating.

Neroli supports in the clearing of feelings to so with sorrow, help heal rifts and connecting with loved ones.

Apply below the naval

SOLAR PLEXUS

Apply betweem the navel and the ribcage

HEART CHARKRA

Rose essential oil is the oil of unconditional love. She soothes the heart, bringing us back to love by connecting you energetically to the heart. She uplifts your mood and helps to sooth deep grief and sorrow. Also fantastic at grounding you back into the present.

Apply to the heart and along the ‘vein of love’ (from the forth finger of the left hand to the heart).

Apply over third eye (in between the eye brows).
