CLEARING OILS

Essential oils have been used to clear negative energy from both people and environments for centuries . My favorite oils that I use to cleanse negative energy from myself, my family and my home are Frankincense, Patchouli, Cypress, Lavender, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Purify, Myrhh, Peppermint, Cedarwood , Juniper Berry and TerraArmour.

Diffuser Blends

  • 2 x drops of Lemongrass

  • 2 x drops of Purify

  • 2 x drops of Clary Sage

  • 4 x drops of Rosemary

  • 4 x drops of Lavender

ROLLER BLENDS

  • 10 x drops of Sandalwood

  • 8 x drops of Cypress

  • 10 x drops of Wild Orange

  • 10 x drops of Grapefruit

Add to 10ml bottle topped up with a carrier oil of your choice. Mine is FCO. Roll on wrist or behind ears

APPLY:

  • Spray auric field when required

  • 1 x drop of preferred oil in cream and apply to body

Grounding oils

Essential oils for grounding are quite often derived from tree bark, needles and resin, or are extracted roots and rhizomes of herbaceous plants. Many essential oils are grounding, but some of my favorites are Frankincense, Copaiba, Vetiver, Balance, Myrhh, Wild Orange, Lavender, Cypress, Patchouli, Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang.

DIFFUSSER BLENDS

  • 4x drops of Vetiver

  • 4 x drops of Frankincense

  • 4 x drops of Lavender

  • 2 x drops of Cypress

  • 2 x drops of Frankincense

  • 2 x drop of Ylang Ylang

  • 3 x drops of Copaiba

  • 2 x drops of Lavender

  • 2 x drops of Frankincense

ROLLER BLEND

  • 15 x drops of Frankincense

  • 12 x drops of Lavender

  • 10 x drops of Wild Orange

Add to 10ml bottle topped up with a carrier oil of your choice. Mine is FCO. Roll on wrist or behind ears

APPLY:

  • Bottom of the feet

  • Base of the spine, root and sacral charkra

PROTECTION oils

Protection oils have been used centuries to ward off evil spirits, protect against psychic attack, personal energy and the environments. Their are many different oils to use for protection, below are my favorites are Frankincense, Patchouli, Juniper Berry, Sandalwood, On Guard, Basil, Eucalyptus and TerraArmour

diffuser Blend:

  • 2 x drops of Juniper Berry

  • 2 x drops of Frankincense

  • 2 x drops of Patchouli

  • 2 x drops of On Guard

  • 2 x drops of Frankincense

  • 2 x drops of Sandalwood (Hawaiian)

ROLLER BLEND:

  • 7 x Frankincense

  • 10 x Patchouli

  • 10 x Juniper Berry

  • 7 x Sandalwood

Add to 10ml bottle topped up with a carrier oil of your choice. Mine is FCO. Roll on wrist or behind ears

APPLY:

  • Apply oil around the belly button

  • 1 x drop of preferred protection oil in the cream and apply topically

  • Spray auric field when required

SPRAYS:

Tbh, I usually make up blends that cover grounding, clearing and protecting my energy! Some of the oils above cover all three! Finding your own blends by mixing and matching is best! If you don’t have any of the above oils and you are just starting out, TerraArmour 30 ml bottle is a prefect way to start.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 x 100 ml glass spray bottle

  • 20 - 30 drops of your preferred oils

  • Distilled or filtered water

  • 1 x tablespoon of witch hazel or alcohol (preservative)
