Returning Client Distance Healing Brief

Welcome back. Each distance healing session continues to build on the energetic work we’ve already done, meeting you exactly where you are now. As always, you don’t need to do anything specific during the session unless you feel called to rest or tune in—your system will receive what it needs regardless.

In this session, I’ll tune into your energy field and allow the healing to unfold intuitively. I may work on clearing what’s ready to release, strengthening your energetic foundations, or aligning you to new frequencies that support your next steps. These sessions are deeply responsive and can often reveal layers or themes that are ready to be seen and shifted, especially if you’ve noticed changes or new challenges since our last session.

After the healing, I’ll send through a written summary of what came through, including any insights, adjustments, or messages that showed up. These reflections can support your integration and deepen your understanding of your current energetic landscape. As always, the energy will continue to work with you in the days that follow, often in quiet, potent ways.
