Energy healing is the process of clearing energetic blockages to restore balance, flow, and vitality to your system.
Every emotion or trauma—big or small—that isn’t processed remains stored within your body. Over time, these unprocessed emotions stagnate your energy, block your chakras, cloud your aura, and lower your vibration. Simply ignoring them doesn’t make them disappear; they continue to impact your well-being at an energetic and cellular level.
This is why energetic hygiene is crucial. Just as you care for your physical body, your energetic body also requires maintenance. When your energy flows freely, your body thrives, your intuition sharpens, and your sense of peace deepens.

What is Energetic Contamination?
Energetic contamination is anything that disrupts, blocks, or lowers your vibration. It can come from:
• Your own unresolved emotions – What you don’t process sits in your body and festers.
• Other people’s energy – Their emotions, projections, and thought patterns can imprint on you (ancestral)
• The spaces you live and work in – Environments hold energy, and stagnant spaces can weigh you down.
Some people, especially Projectors and Reflectors in Human Design, are naturally more sensitive to external energy, making energetic contamination even more impactful.

Why is Energetic Hygiene Important?
Think of your energy as fuel and your body as the vehicle. Would you put contaminated fuel in your car? No. Over time, bad fuel clogs the system and causes breakdowns.
The same applies to your energy. If you don’t clear it, it becomes heavy, sluggish, and toxic, affecting your health, clarity, emotions, and even your ability to manifest.
Energetic hygiene is about:

Mind Boundaries vs. Energetic Boundaries
We often hear advice like: “Cut toxic people out,” “Just let it go,” or “Don’t let them drain you.”
But here’s the truth: Mind boundaries alone won’t protect your energy.
Your energetic body perceives and absorbs vibrations beyond the conscious mind’s awareness. Even if you mentally block someone, their energy can still linger. And when you tell yourself to “let something go,” have you actually released it—or just suppressed it?
If energy isn’t shifted at its root, it stays stored in your system, subtly affecting your thoughts, emotions, and even your physical health.
This is why learning energetic boundaries is key. It ensures deep protection, not just surface-level avoidance.

Bruce Tainio’s research shows that a healthy body vibrates between 62-70 MHz, while illness begins when vibrations drop below 58 MHz.
